A project can take answers from anyone, even without a Notii account: Project ⋯ → Form…, then turn on Accept answers from a form. Copy its link and send it, or put it on your website.
Pick what the form asks: a title (name it, like Company or Subject), details, the person's email, and any of the project's fields (text, number, date, choice, rating, checkbox, link), each required or not.
Every answer becomes a card in the lane you choose, with its fields filled in, and the bell tells you it came in.
Turning the form off stops its link working. Answers count toward your notes, and a form takes up to 300 a day.
